Uploading to Addon Domains

You can host multiple websites in one single account depending on the plan you purchased with us. By using the feature Addon Domains, these Addon Domains are new and unique websites apart from your main Domain Name. Just like any other websites, you need to upload files that’ll make up the content of your website. Files like images, videos, forms, documents or audio. You’ll have to upload these files to the correct path in your File Manager.

First, we’ll help you better understand how a Default Home Folder works. Then, we’ll guide you on how to access and upload files to your Addon Domains folder.

Default Home Folder and How It Works

The path to the specific folder within your account will differ depending on whether it is the main domain, a Subdomain, or an Addon Domain. This guide will help you understand how they work.

How to Upload Files to Addon Domains

Make sure to register and create an Addon Domain in your hosting account. If you haven’t, please follow the steps in this guide to create an Addon Domain via your Hosting Manager. Then follow the steps below to upload files.

Step 1.	Access your Hosting Manager.
Step 2.	Scroll to the Files tab, then click the File Manager option.
Step 3.	Once the File Manager loads, all of the files and folders in your web space will be displayed.
Step 4.	On the File Manager page, locate and double click the public_html folder.
Step 5.	Locate the Addon Domain you wish to manage and double click to open the Addon Domain folder.
Step 6.	Upload your files by clicking the Upload option found at the top menu.
