If you have created a Mail Contact on Outlook or has added a Distribution List and wants to have a copy offline, follow the steps below:
| Step 1. | Open your Outlook application from desktop. |
| Step 2. | Click the Send / Receive tab, then click the Send / Receive Groups button and click the Download Address Book option from the drop-down list. |
| Step 3. | A new window will pop-up. Select the “Download changes since last Send/Receive” option. |
| Step 4. | Once the progress window is closed, your download is complete. |
