Step 1. Open Outlook on your desktop and click the File tab.
Step 2. From the Info Tab click the Account Settings ribbon, and select the Account Settings option.

Step 3. Under the Email Tab select your Email Exchange account from the Account Settings window, then click the Change button.

Step 4. Select the “Use Cached Exchange Mode” option if it is not pre-selected as a default. You can also drag the arrow right or left to choose the duration of the emails to be kept offline, then click the Next.

Step 5. A congratulatory message will appear “You are all set! We have all the information need to set up your account”. Click the Finish button to exit setup window.
