How to access the Cloud Backup

Once you have your Cloud Backup account set up, you can start uploading backups of your computer files and folders into the Cloud. You can do this by accessing the Cloud Backup console via Account Manager and the Cloud Backup Agent.

How to access the Cloud Backup service

The Cloud Backup service can be accessed via the Account Manager or the installed Cloud Backup Agent. Read further for specific instructions on how to do these.

Account Manager

To access your Cloud Backup service via the Account Manager, follow the guide below:

1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
2. Ensure that the Account Manager is selected.
3. Enter your username and password, and click Log In.
4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
5. In the menu bar, click the Cloud Backup icon.
6. Click the relevant Cloud Backup account you want to set up.
7. Next, click the Manage button, to get to the Cloud Backup console.

You will now be able to back up your computer or device.

Cloud Back Agent

Another way to access your Cloud Backup is via the Cloud Backup Agent. To be able to do this, you need to download and install the appropriate agent for your computer or device.

To access your Cloud Backup service via the Cloud Backup Agent, follow the guide below:

1. On your desktop, go to your system tray (Windows/Linux) or menu bar (Mac). Locate the Cloud Backup icon and click it.
2. In the pop-up box, click the gear icon to open another pop-up menu.
3. Click Open backup console. This will redirect you to the Cloud Backup console on your web browser.

You will now be able to back up your computer or device.
