Where Is Live Chat Support

Live Chat is available on the Crazy Domains website and appears only when agents are online and available. If you are a Premium or VIP customer, Live Chat is available 24/7 within your Account Manager.

You can easily locate the Live Chat tab on the right-hand side of the Crazy Domains website page.

Note: If no Live Chat agents are online or available at the moment, other contact options will appear on the same side of the page.

Follow these easy steps to start a Live Chat now:

1. Locate the Start Chat Now! tab found on the right-hand side of the Crazy Domains website page.
2. Hover your mouse pointer on the tab and click on the expanded We're Online option.
3. A Chat With Us window will pop-up. Complete the necessary information:
   

   Name	Enter your name.
   Email	Enter your email address. If you already have an account with us, you may enter the registered email address for a swifter verification process.
   Your Question	Enter a short query. You can elaborate on your question once Live Chat starts.
   Department	Select the specific department you wish to consult with from the drop-down list.

4. Click on the Start Chat button to start a conversation with any of our specialists who are ready and eager to help you out.
