How To Access the Exchange Manager

If you are using Crazy Domains’ Email Exchange hosting service, the Exchange Manager is your central control panel for managing contacts, public folders, users, and configuring mailboxes.

This guide will show you how to access the Exchange Manager in two easy ways:

Via Account Manager

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. On your dashboard, find the domain name associated with your Exchange hosting plan and click Email Exchange.


  3. On your domain page, click CONTROL PANEL.


  4. Sign in with your username and password and click Login.

TIP: Tick the Remember me box so your browser will save your logins when you access it again.

  1. Go to https://manage.premium.exchange.
  2. Enter your username and password, then hit Login.

  • Email Exchange allows you to synchronise and access all Emails, Calendars, Contacts, and Tasks across all devices. To create and configure your Email Exchange Mailboxes, you will need to access your Exchange Manager. This article will define Exchange Manager and guide you through how to access it.

    What Is Exchange Manager

    Exchange Manager is a web-based management console where you can configure your Mailbox settings and take full control of your personal and business email needs.

    In your Exchange Manager you can:

    • Create, Edit, and Delete Users.
    • Create Mailboxes.
    • Restore and Backup Mailboxes.
    • Update Mailbox passwords.
    • View Disk and Bandwidth Reports.
    • Change Exchange Manager password.
    • Set up Mailbox plans (Mailbox Quota).
    • Manage ActiveSync Policy.

    How to Access Exchange Manager

    The Exchange Manager can be accessed via your Account Manager or via direct link.

    If via Account Manager, follow these steps:

    1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
    2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected from the drop-down list.
    3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
    4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
    5. Click Email from the menu at the top.
    6. Click on the Email Exchange plan that you wish to manage.
      If you only have (1) one Email Exchange / Email Hosting plan, you will automatically be redirected to its management page.
    7. Click on the Control Panel button.
    8. Enter your Exchange Manager username and password, then click Login.

    If via direct link, follow these steps:

    1. Open the direct link in a browser: https://manage.premium.exchange/
    2. Enter your Exchange Manager username and password, then click Login.
