How to Disable Spam Filter on Outlook

If via Outlook Desktop


Access your Outlook on your desktop and follow the steps below to disable spam filter settings.

Step 1. From your Home window click the Junk ribbon and select Junk Email Options..

Step 2. In the Junk E-mail Options window, select the No Automatic Filtering. Mail from blocked senders is still moved to the Junk E-mail folder. option.

Step 3. Select from the Safe Senders, Safe Recipients, Blocked Senders, and International tab, choose the email addresses or domains and click the Remove button.

Step 4. Click the OK button.

If via Outlook Web Access


You can follow the steps below to manually disable your spam filter settings on your Outlook Web Access (OWA).

Step 1. Log In to Outlook on your browser.
Step 2. Click on the Settings/Gear Icon at the top right corner of the page then select Options.

Step 3. Go to Mail, click on Accounts and select Block or allow options.

Step 4. Select Don’t move email to my Junk Email folder to completely turn off spam filter in your Mailbox, then click Save.

Changes will be applied automatically and any incoming emails will be in your Inbox Folder.
