Transferring a .UK Domain to Crazy Domains

This article will guide you on transferring your .UK domain name to Crazy Domains. Follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth domain transfer.

Step 1: Make sure your domain is transferable.

To ensure your domain is transferrable, please go through the domain transfer preparation checklist below:

• Turn off your domain privacy (for domains with domain privacy or private registration feature enabled only).
• Unlock the domain name.
• Take note of your domain password or registry key.
• Ask your current registrar to change the Domain Tag of the domain you want to transfer to DREAMSCAPE (this step can also be done after the transfer has been initiated).

Note: The actions needed above can be done from your current domain registrant's end.

Step 2: Initiate the domain transfer.

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. On the left panel, click Buy Products > Domains > Transfer Domains.
3. Enter the domain that you want to transfer on the box provided.
4. Click TRANSFER.
5. On the next page, enter the domain password.



6. Click ADDED.
7. Once the order is added to your Shopping Cart, click CONTINUE.
8. Complete the payment.

IMPORTANT:
Domain transfer is FREE, but we require an advance domain renewal for atleast one year.

Step 3: Confirm the transfer.

1. If your Domain Tag has not been updated to DREAMSCAPE yet, you must contact your previous domain registrar and let them change the Domain Tag to DREAMSCAPE.
2. Once the Domain Tag has been changed, contact us again so we can have the changes synchronized.

After we synchronized the changes, transfer should be immediate.
