Why are we migrating?

We will migrate in batches. We will notify you if your account is part of the batch we are relocating.

How will I benefit from this migration?

You will have more modern webmail and a more stable premium email hosting service.

What are the email hosting plans affected by this migration?

If you have any of our email hosting plans, you will be part of this improvement.

Will my email address and password be affected due to this migration?

No, you will retain the same email address and password.

Will I lose my emails if I update the MX records?

No. But if you use a third-party email client (for example, Outlook, Thunderbird, or Mobile), you must change your mail client settings after migration.

How soon should I change my email client (Outlook, MacMail, Thunderbird) settings?

You must change your mail settings within the migration timeline for the specific batch. For example, the current batch migration is from June 27 to July 5. Please see the notification we sent to your inbox.
