How To Update Your Credit Card Information

Keep the credit card information in your Account Manager updated for efficient payment transactions. This also ensures the automatic renewal you set for your products and services will not fail. To update your credit card information, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, click My Profile.
  3. On the My Profile page, click MY WALLET.
  4. Scroll down to the card details you want to update, then click the Update Card link under it. Screenshot of Payment Settings Update Card link
  5. Set the new card information, then click the UPDATE CARD button to save the changes.

Other Actions you can do on the MY WALLET page:

  • Manage Auto-Renewal Settings. While you're on the payment settings page, you can also manage your auto-renewal settings. See our Auto Renewal guide to learn more.
  • Remove a Card. Click the Delete option below the card details that you want to remove, and then click Confirm Delete.
  • Auto-Renewal for future purchases. By default, we set your purchases for automatic renewal to ensure you will not miss any renewals of your products and services. You can turn this off to disable the auto-renewal on your future purchases.

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the upper-right section of your account, hover over your account name, then click Payment Settings.
  3. On the bottom right of the card that you want to update, click the Update Card link.

  4. Set the new card information, then click UPDATE CARD to save the changes.

Other Actions:

  • Manage Auto-Renewal Settings. While you're on the payment settings page, you can also manage your auto-renewal settings. See our Auto Renewal guide to learn more.
  • Remove a Card. Click the Delete option below the card details that you want to remove, and then click Confirm Delete.

Easily complete transactions by keeping your Credit Card information updated in your Account Manager. You can also activate the auto-renewal service for specific Domains and Products, saving you the hassle of tracking all of the expiry dates and making sure you don’t lose any of your Domains or websites.

Follow the instructions below to update your Credit Card information:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Hover your mouse pointer over your Account Name at the top right-hand section of your Home page, then select Payment Settings from the expanded list.
  6. Click on the Update Card link below the card details that you wish to manage.
  7. Set the new Card Expiry using the drop-down lists, then click the Save link below it.

Congratulations! You've just updated your Credit Card information. Please ensure that all your cards are updated for the auto-renewal service to work.

Other Actions:

  • Activate Card for Checkout – Click on the Update Card link below the card details that you wish to manage, then select Yes from the drop-down list under Checkout and click the Save link below it. This will allow you to select this card upon Payment Checkout.
  • Add a Card – Enter your Credit Card number in the field provided and set the Card Expiry using the drop-down lists, then click Add Card. All your added cards will appear under the Payment Settings section of this page.
  • Manage Auto-Renewal Settings – Click the Domains / Products button on the card that you wish to use, then tick the boxes beside the Domains / Products you wish to auto-renew and click the Update button at the bottom. This will allow you to keep all your Domains / Products working without worrying about their expiry dates.
  • Remove a Card – Click on the Update Card link below the card details that you wish to remove, then click the Delete link below it and click Confirm Delete.
