How to Manage Email Campaigns

Manage your email campaigns by:


  • Changing the view list
  • Editing email campaigns
  • Cloning email campaigns

In this article, we’ll guide you on how to access these features and how to do it on the email marketing tool.

How to Change List View of Email Campaigns

Change how you view your email campaigns list on the tool depending on your preference. Change it by following the steps below:

  1. Access your Email Marketing dashboard.
  2. Click on the Campaigns tab.
  3. Click on either the Grid View grid view button to change email campaigns view icon or the List View list view button to change email campaigns view to change how your email campaign lists will be displayed.

How to Edit Email Campaigns

Editing your email campaigns’ design can be done in the tool itself – adding content or images, or linking to an existing campaign. We have a separate guide with complete instructions on how to do it. Refer to the link below:

How to Clone Email Campaigns

Cloning feature is an efficient way for you to easily recreate email campaigns that are relevant to each other. This is ideal if you have a promotion or newsletter for the same campaign. Simply use the clone feature to use the same email design to save time in creating your campaign so, you can focus more on what’s important – the message and content of the campaign. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Access your Email Marketing dashboard.
  2. Click the Email Campaigns tab.
  3. Click the ellipses ellipses button to see more option in email marketing editor tool button on the email campaign you want to manage, and choose the Clone Campaign option.
  4. Enter the Name of the new campaign to be cloned. Then, click the Clone Campaign button.
  5. Start designing and adding content to your newly cloned email campaign.

How to Use Filter Search for Email Campaigns

Filter Search feature comes in handy if – say for example you have created multiple campaigns on the tool and wants to narrow down the results for campaigns you want to view or manage. You can do so by choosing among the different filter search options:

  • Campaign status
  • Scheduled
  • Last sent, and
  • Last updated
  1. Access your Email Marketing dashboard.
  2. Click the Email Campaigns tab.
  3. Click on the Filter icon.
  4. Select the filter options on the left panel then click Submit.

The tool will then generate the email campaigns based on the options you’ve chosen.

How to Delete Email Campaigns

Delete email campaigns if, for example, you have sent the email campaigns for over a year and is no longer relevant to your current campaign for your business. Note that , once an email campaign is deleted, it is no longer available, including the reports of the selected campaign.

To delete an email campaign, follow the steps below:

  1. On your Email Campaigns tab, click on the ellipses button of the email campaign you want to delete.
  2. Select the Delete option.
  3. A message will appear confirming if you wish to proceed and delete the email campaign. If yes, click the Delete button.

In addition, you can’t recover a deleted email campaign and you have to re-create a new one.
