How to Export Data in Outlook 2019

Step 1.	Open Outlook 2019 application on your desktop, then click File tab.
Step 2.	Click Open & Export from the side menu pane, then Import/Export option.
Step 3.	Choose the Export to a file option from the Wizard window, then click Next.
Step 4.	Choose Outlook Data File .pst for the file type and click the Next button.
Step 5.	Select the folder to export then click Next.
Step 6.	Enter the file name and save the file to local destination in your computer, then click the Finish button.
