How to Access the Web Design Platform

Crazy Domains’ Web Design is a service that allows you to have powerful websites specially made to match your needs and preferences.

Web Design offers two platform options: Sitebeat and WordPress.

Whether you have one or both, all your Web Design platforms can be accessed within your Account Manager.

Important: Only access the platform when the designers are already done and your website is already published live online. Accessing the website while still on design progress or development phase may disrupt the designer’s work or cause bugs and errors.

To access your Web Design platform, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Select Account Manager from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Follow the respective steps below for Sitebeat and WordPress:

    Sitebeat
    1. Click Website Builder on the menu bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on the Sitebeat plan attached to your Web Design service.
If you only have one plan, you will automatically be redirected to its management page.
    3. Hover your cursor over the [+] Plus Icon at the top-right section of the page and click Build Now.
    4. You will now be routed to the Sitebeat dashboard.

    WordPress
    1. Click Web Hosting on the menu bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on the WordPress plan attached to your Web Design service.
If you only have one plan, you will automatically be redirected to its management page.
    3. Click on the WP Panel button at the top-right section of the page and click the domain under the Production label.
    4. You will now be routed to the WordPress dashboard.

Here’s all that you need to know about the Sitebeat Website Builder. For any concerns with the use of the WordPress dashboard, you may view the WordPress support page here.
