How to Access the Dashboard

The Affiliate Dashboard is a user-friendly interface that instantly monitors your referrals and payout activities. Here's how you can access it.

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. On the upper right corner, hover your mouse over your account name, and then click Affiliates.

How to Get Referrals

Follow the steps below on where you can find the links that you need to share with your friends or website users.

1. On your Affiliates Dashboard, go to the Manage section.
2. Choose the Affiliate Link you'd like to use.
   

   Site Banner Links	Graphical ads that you can add to websites, blogs, emails, etc.
   Social Links	Links that you can automatically share on Facebook and Twitter
   Custom Links	Coded links that you can add and customise for your platform

3. Copy the link, then add it to your preferred platform: website, blogs, emails, social media channels — anywhere you like. The better the placement, the more clicks you’ll get.

Here's the exciting part! By the time someone uses that link to buy the advertised product, you get paid by us. In other words, you earn every time a product is purchased by a Valid Referral.

NOTE: A Valid Referral is anyone (both new and existing customers) who successfully registers to Crazy Domains and purchases a product using your Site Banner, Social Link, or Custom link.

Valid Referral Guidelines

• Only new registration transactions are eligible for commissions. Renewal transactions are not included.
• Encourage your referrals to complete their purchase using the same device and browser where they opened your link. This is to track and tag that the transaction was completed under your name or account.
• Referrals must not have the same IP address as you. Otherwise, our system will invalidate the transaction. This policy hinders affiliates from using their own links to create a new account and earn a commission for self-made purchases.

How to Track Your Earnings

Tracking your commission is easy on the Affiliates Dashboard. Go to the following sections to view the data you need.

1. Clicks – to monitor the performance and sales generated from your link.
2. Commission – to see how much money you’re earning.

How You Get Paid

Not just that! You earn another commission when your referrals return to make another transaction within 90 days of their initial purchase. Enjoy this exclusive reward just for you!

Payout Guidelines

• All commissions earned go through a 45-day pending period to address any issues with Fraud or Refund Requests. Once a commission goes beyond the 45-day pending period, it will be available for payout upon your request.
• Commission payouts are processed every month and will be transacted through your PayPal account in your local currency. As long as the total available commission (past the 45-day pending period) is greater than $100 USD, you will be eligible to make a payout request.
• You also have the option to convert your earned commissions into account credit, which you can use to make purchases on your account. This can be done anytime (the 45-day pending period does not apply) and is processed in real-time.
• Regardless of what date a payout request is made within the month, it will be processed at the start of the following month. This is to ensure that we cover all payout requests made within that said month. The commission will then be credited to your PayPal account within 7 business days from the first day of the following month.
• If a payout request fails, don’t worry; we’ll contact you directly to rectify the issue.
