Manage DNS Records in Account Manager

In this guide, we will explain how you can manage the DNS records of your domain name using the DNS editor in your Account Manager.

NOTE : The Account Manager DNS zone is only available if your domain name is registered with Crazy Domains or if you have a Premium DNS Hosting. Check our guide on How To Upgrade To Premium DNS.

How to Manage the DNS Records

To add, modify, or delete DNS records in Account Manager, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Account Manager DNS Editor.
  2. Select the specific record that you want to manage and perform the necessary steps:

  3. Ensure the domain name is connected to the following set of name servers appropriately:
If the domain name is registered through Crazy Domains
    (without Premium DNS)
    • ns1.crazydomains.com
    • ns2.crazydomains.com
If the domain name has Premium DNS
    • ns1.dnspackage.com
    • ns2.dnspackage.com
    • Domains under a UK account must use the default name servers, ns1.crazydomains.com and ns2.crazydomains.com.

See our guide on How To Change the Name Servers of My Domain.

  4. Wait for the DNS change to fully resolve on the internet.
  5. IMPORTANT : Changes to the Name Servers and DNS records will take two to four hours to fully work on the internet. However, some ISPs have their TTL duration that could override our maximum DNS resolution time. It may cause the changes to take up to 24-48 hours to fully work.
