How To Renew Domain Names

See how to Renew a Product or Domain Name.

If you've received a Renewal Notice, this means that the Domain is now on Renewal Due status. You can access your Account to process your Domain Renewals using the steps below:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Click Domains from the top menu.
  6. Click Renew from the left-side menu.
  7. Tick the box corresponding to the Domain Names you wish to Renew.
  8. Click the Renew button at the top.
  9. You will be redirected to the page where you can pay for and activate your Renewal.

We strongly suggest Renewing for the longest term or setting up Auto Renewal on your Domain Names to ensure that they do not expire.

Renewing Domains on Active Status

If you wish to Renew a Domain Name that is still on Active status, you can do so using the following steps:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Click Domains from the top menu.
  6. Click on the Domain Name that you wish to manage.
If you only have one Domain Name, you will automatically be redirected to its management page.
  7. Click on the Hamburger Menu, then select Renew from the drop-down list.
  8. You will be redirected to the page where you can pay for and activate your Renewal.

Note: The maximum number of years a Domain can be registered will depend on the policies set by its governing Registry. As such, NOT all Domains on Active status will be legible for Renewal. If you've reached the maximum, the Renewal will be rejected.

Congratulations! You just Renewed your Domain Names.
