How to Download Stock Photos for Website Builder

Your Website Builder plan includes free photos for your website, which you can download from the Stock Console. The number of photos that you can download for free will depend on your Website Builder plan:

• Website Builder Personal - 5 Stock Images
• Website Builder Business - 15 Stock Images
• Website Builder Enterprise - 25 Stock Images
• eCommerce Website Builder - 50 Stock Images

Below are instructions for downloading free photos or purchasing new ones, and downloading previously purchased photos, in case you need another copy.

Download or Purchase New Photos

To download new photos or purchase new ones from the Stock Console, follow these steps:

1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
2. Select Account Manager from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter your username and password then, click Log In.
4. Click the Visit My Account button.
5. Click Website Builder from the menu at the top of the page.
6. Click on the Website Builder plan that you wish to manage.
   If you only have one Website Builder plan, you will automatically be redirected to its management page.
7. Click the My Plan tab beside Overview. A list of plan features will appear.
8. Click the View Photos button corresponding to Pro Photos.
9. Click I have an Account, enter your Username and Password, then click Log In Now.
   

   Note: If you don't have an account yet, click I'm a New User, enter a Username and Email address in the fields provided, then click Create. An email will be sent to you with your Stock password.

10. You will be redirected to the Stock website. Type a search request in the field provided and click the Search Icon.
    Or, you can scroll down to select one of the Popular Stock Photos available.
11. Click the Add to Cart Icon/Button at the lower-right corner of the photo to add it to your Shopping Cart and continue shopping.
    

    Other Actions:

    • Add to Favourites - Click the Star Icon at the top-right corner of the photo to add it to your Favourites list. When done, hover your mouse pointer over the button with your username found at the top-right corner of the page, then click Favourites.
    • Preview a Photo - Click the Preview Icon/Button at the lower-left corner of the photo to view the photo's description, available sizes, resolution and prices. Select a preferred photo specification and click Download to proceed to payment options and start downloading. Or, click Add to Cart to continue shopping.
12. When done adding photos to Cart, hover your mouse pointer over the Cart Icon at the top of the page and click Checkout.
13. Set the preferred specification for each photo, then click Checkout again.
14. The download process will automatically start.
    If you have exceeded your plan's number of free photos, you will be routed to the payment options page where you can pay for and checkout your photos. Once the payment is successful, the download process will start.

Download Photos You've Previously Purchased

To download photos you've already purchased before, follow these steps:

1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
2. Select Account Manager from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter your username and password then, click Log In.
4. Click the Visit My Account button.
5. Click Website Builder from the menu at the top of the page.
6. Click on the Website Builder plan that you wish to manage.
   If you only have one Website Builder plan, you will automatically be redirected to its management page.
7. Click the My Plan tab beside Overview. A list of plan features will appear.
8. Click the View Photos button corresponding to Pro Photos.
9. Click I have an Account, enter your Username and Password, then click Log In Now.
   

   Note: If you don't have an account yet, click I'm a New User, enter a Username and Email address in the fields provided, then click Create. An email will be sent to you with your Stock password.

10. You will be redirected to the Stock website.
11. Hover your mouse pointer over the button with your username found at the top-right corner of the page, then click Download History.
12. Click the Redownload All button on the left side of the page.
    Or, hover on a photo and click the Redownload Icon/Button at the bottom-right corner of the photo to download a copy of it.
13. The download process will automatically start.
