Can I Use SSL with Website Builder

An SSL Certificate allows you to conduct safe and secure transactions online; protecting passwords, credit card details and other important customer information with added encryption. It also automatically builds trust for your website visitors as the URL showing on your browser becomes HTTPS, instead of the usual HTTP. If you've purchased the eCommerce Website Builder plan, a Standard SSL package will automatically be activated for your Domain Name, protecting all your Online Store transactions. You don't need to take any further action.

On the other hand, if you've purchased one of the other available Website Builder plans, such as, Personal, Business, or Enterprise, you can purchase an SSL certificate from us separately and connect it your Website Builder plan. We will automatically set up the SSL for you, as soon as the product is activated.

If you already have an SSL product purchased from another provider, you can also connect it to your Website Builder. Simply send an email to help@crazydomains.com with your SSL certificate, CA Bundle, and Private Key, which you can obtain from your SSL provider.
