Can I use my old CSR?

We recommend that you generate a new CSR every time you migrate your site to a new server. Using an old CSR creates an unacceptable risk that your private key has been somehow compromised.
Even if the old key is compromised, you can create a new CSR and attackers will not be able to mimic your site or conduct attacks on your users.
