Can I Use My Web Hosting with Web Design

Unfortunately, you can’t use any existing Web Hosting service registered with us or with another provider along with our Web Design services. Purchasing either Sitebeat or WordPress hosting is required.

During the checkout process, choosing a Web Design plan will require you to purchase 1-3 years of Sitebeat or WordPress hosting, plus an optional registration of a new domain. What you’re paying for are separate services:

the main fee for the Design Service + the Hosting fee per month (+ the annual Domain fee if you registered a new one)

While the Web Design service is a one-time fee, your Hosting and Domain services will expire depending on the duration you have set during your first registration. If these services are not renewed, you will lose your website.

Note: If your Domain is registered elsewhere, remind your service provider to always keep your Domain active.

In addition, to keep all your services under Crazy Domains active, we highly recommend Auto Renewal. This feature is available for all our Domains, Hosting, and other Products/Services, which helps to avoid losing Domain Ownership (or risk it falling into Redemption) and the suspension of its connected Services.
