Once you've decided which Logo Design plan you prefer, we follow a fixed process on how we create your logo.
Hence, once the design work has commenced for your logo, you may cancel but we cannot process a full refund anymore. Depending on how much work has been done, we may be able to apply a pro-rata credit.
